My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the food served was superb. However, there was excessive noise in the indoor public areas that could sometimes be heard in the room, which was a bit of a downside.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with only 2 people per apartment, providing extra comfort. It is conveniently located near the bar area, and the daily room servicing maintains cleanliness throughout. The service was inconsistent, as we were unexpectedly placed in self-catering apartments instead of the main hotel. The location is central for activities and relaxation, yet some staff attitudes were off-putting. Dining options catered to varied tastes, and the morning cava was a nice touch.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms overlooking the pool. The pool bar was a great addition, never too crowded. The service was exceptional, especially from Vira and Esther. The location was peaceful, offering birdwatching opportunities, and the dining experience was satisfactory. Overall, a great value for money.
